Terms and Conditions

As Siam Therapy operates by appointment only and usually has one therapist available per day, deposits are required to secure appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable” (please make this phrase orange) “if an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, shortened, or cannot proceed on the day of treatment for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, late arrival, requests to reduce treatment time, failure to wear appropriate underwear where required, failure to meet treatment requirements, or refusing treatment after arrival.”

Important T&C :

• All treatments are provided for therapeutic purposes only. Any inappropriate behaviour, sexual comments, requests, gestures, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the treatment and may be reported to the police.
• For all treatments, clients are required to wear appropriate underwear throughout the session.

Important note:

• Clients with cancer or a history of cancer should seek advice from their medical team before receiving treatment.
• Deep tissue massage may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, fever, or other significant health concerns.
• For your safety and comfort, we recommend avoiding massage treatment within 1 hour of a meal or within 12 hours of consuming alcohol, as this may increase the likelihood of discomfort, dizziness, or nausea during treatment.
• If you are currently menstruating, please inform your therapist before treatment. Certain techniques, pressure levels, or treatment areas may need to be modified.
